Blue Water Spa is a plastic surgery medical spa owned and operated by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Law and his wife, Kile Law.

Local awards include being voted Best Day Spa by Citysearch three consecutive years and two Metro Bravo Awards as a Best Spa in the region.
Blue Water Spa provides services and expertise in all areas of aesthetics, from laser hair removal and laser skin tightening to facial treatments, peels, microdermabrasion and pampering body therapies. The spa also offers sclerotherapy (leg vein treatment), cellulite treatments and body rejuvenation procedures. Dr. Michael Law provides a full range of aesthetic plastic surgery procedures as well as non-surgical aesthetic medical procedures.
Blue Water Spa provides the ultimate in relaxation and results to their clients. The Spa offers several lines of medical grade anti-aging skin care products including their own line, Blue Water Spa Rx. The spa has incredible loyalty among clients. 87% of Blue Water Spa clients are repeat clients.
In 2005, Blue Water Spa was voted one of the best places to work in the Raleigh/Durham area by the Triangle Business Journal. In 2006, Blue Water Spa was recognized as the single best place to work in the Triangle region of North Carolina by the Triangle Business Journal. The spa participates in many community events, and since opening in 2003, the spa has donated more than $4,000,000 to local charities and non-profit organizations.
